Delivery Time Guarantees

If an order has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days since the order was processed you may request a refund or have the order resent free-of-charge.

Cancel order policy:

Unfortunately you will not be able to cancel your order once you have placed your order and payed by credit card of PayPal. Even when your order is still in processing time we automatically send all the shipping & billing information to our supplier whom starts working on it immediately to keep the shipping time as short as possible. If you still would like to return the item once you have received the product, and you are still not satisfied please let us know at insideproviders@gmail.com and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item intact and when you will receive your full refund. 

Faulty or Not as Described Items

If you would like to return the item that you have already bought. We accept certain reasons like faulty of malfunction which are because of our faults. We do not accept the return because of clients’ issues: damages, change of taste, change of size and so on.

Once you identify the product and realized that they are faulty and would like to return. Please email us at insideproviders@gmail.com and send us all the photos or videos taken, stating clearly the issues, and we will examine it. If you are approved, we will send you an email for directing you how to return the item to us.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
